Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take‑offs for commercial construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to determine full project requirements Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop conceptual, schematic, and design‑development estimates Support value engineering and constructability reviews during preconstruction Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to execution Maintain organized documentation to support pricing assumptions and historical cost data MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
