Red Dog Contracting Services LLC is seeking an Estimator to support construction projects by preparing cost estimates, reviewing project requirements, and assisting with the planning and bidding process.

Duties:

Review construction plans, specifications, and project requirements Prepare material, labor, equipment, and other project cost estimates Perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost projections Request and review pricing from vendors and subcontractors Assist with preparation of project bids and proposals Identify potential cost considerations and project requirements Maintain estimating records and supporting documentation Coordinate with project management and field personnel as needed Assist with project planning and budgeting

Qualifications:

Knowledge of construction estimating and project costs Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong mathematical and analytical skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and project staff Basic computer skills and ability to work with estimating and office software
