Texas , Arlington Job Description A well-established General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interior construction. This role will support a consistent pipeline of interior projects, working closely with project teams to deliver accurate and competitive estimates.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for TI and Class A interior projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing Manage multiple estimates and deadlines Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients Track and evaluate project costs and scope changes

Qualifications:

3-7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Experience with Tenant Improvement and interior construction required Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
