Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include: 5+ years of construction estimating experience, with a water/wastewater or related infrastructure background Manage full estimates from takeoffs through final bids Identify bidding opportunities through SAM.gov Solicit, level, negotiate, and coordinate subcontractor/vendor bids Use Bluebeam and Excel to support accurate estimating Scheduling experience also needed Support bonded and non-bonded construction and maintenance projects
Salary:
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
