Job Description

This role is responsible for providing estimates for projects, products, and services to the customer. Obtains quotes and estimates from vendors, contractors and supports the sales team with proposals, tracking costs, and calculating the final budgets for projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, but are not limited to: Responsible for preparing and submitting quotations and proposals to our customers. Prepares and handles material take off at the beginning of projects and maintains upkeep throughout the duration of the project. Assists with bids for new contracts and supports the procurement activities with the buyers. Operates with a strong orientation towards customer service while managing internal and external stakeholder expectations Serves as liaison between dispatch, manufacturing facility, sales, and customer site leaders Prepares internal reports to illustrate the job progress and timelines. Escalates any issues or potential issues between stakeholder groups in order to provide seamless service to our customers. Works closely with the project coordination team to prioritize and focus customer expectations Act as a champion for AmeriTex products Other duties as assigned by the management team

EDUCATION BS
in engineering, engineering management or any other related field or Associate degree and five years of experience in a business, construction or manufacturing environments
EXPERIENCE 2-4
years of experience in a construction environment and performing a project management role. Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
