The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing accurate electrical cost estimates for commercial and/or residential projects. You will be responsible for reviewing blueprints, performing material take-offs, and ensuring our proposals are competitive and comprehensive.

Key Responsibilities Blueprints & Take-offs:

Review architectural and electrical drawings to perform detailed material and labor take-offs.

Proposal Development:

Prepare formal bids and detailed cost estimates for diverse electrical projects.

Data Management:

Utilize Excel and specialized estimating software to maintain accurate data entry and project tracking.

Documentation:

Handle Adobe PDF markups, submittals, and professional correspondence via Email .

Coordination:

Multi-task between multiple bidding deadlines while staying highly organized and focused on accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Proven track record in electrical estimating (Commercial/Industrial/Residential).

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel , Word , and Adobe PDF .

Organization:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual:

Fluency in Spanish and English is a major plus , but not a requirement.
