It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity Job Description Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily developments Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines. Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates. Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation. Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately. Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams. Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry. Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
