Job Description

Job Description Seeking a Senior Estimator to support our client's global portfolio of upstream and downstream capital projects. This individual will lead development of project cost estimates, Basis of Estimate documentation, risk assessments, funding packages, and contractor estimate reviews for major onshore and offshore opportunities. The ideal candidate brings significant experience supporting early-phase project development, concept selection, FEL planning, and large-scale offshore capital projects. This person must be comfortable working across multiple opportunities simultaneously while partnering with Opportunity Managers, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and executive stakeholders worldwide.   • 10+ years of cost estimating and/or project controls experience within Oil & Gas
  • Experience supporting major capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions or billions
  • Significant offshore project experience
  • Subsea and offshore platform project experience
  • Experience with both project development and project execution phases
  • Experience supporting upstream and/or downstream facilities projects Technical Skills
  • QUE$TOR experience (REQUIRED)
  • Development of Class 1-5 estimates and Basis of Estimate documentation
  • Cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, contingency development, and funding requests
  • Risk-based estimating experience
  • Monte Carlo simulation experience
  • Experience integrating cost estimates with schedules and project controls
  • Contractor estimate validation and challenge experience
  • Development of
P10/P50/P90
cost projections Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to independently manage multiple opportunities simultaneously (up to 7-8 active projects)
  • Strong executive-level communication skills
  • Experience presenting estimates and obtaining stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to work with global teams and international stakeholders
  • Self-starter who requires minimal oversight
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, procurement, project management, and business teams
  • Ability to travel 25% internationally Education Bachelor's Degree required
  • ASPEN Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE)
  • uRisk experience
  • Cost and Schedule Risk Assessment (CSRA)
