TRP Infrastructure Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Veteran-Friendly Employer. Requirements Core Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects. Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements. Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs. Coordinate with operations and field personnel. Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records. Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software. Support project handoff and startup activities. Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements. Analyze project profitability and cost trends. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Experience & Physical Requirements Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles. ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications.
