PM Pay Rate:

$35/hour A.T. Staffing is seeking an experienced Aerospace Estimator to join a growing team in Mabank, TX! This position is responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Receive customer RFQs and assign quote numbers Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for planning, scheduling, vendor selection, subcontracting, and cost effectiveness Conduct studies to establish standard hour and related cost data Consult with clients, vendors, and internal departments to discuss estimates and resolve issues Review customer RFQs for feasibility of manufacturing Respond to customer requests in a timely manner Attend scheduled meetings fully prepared and on time Document all findings and customer conversations in designated job/customer files Work closely with sales, shipping, production, accounting, program managers, and other departments to ensure accurate quotations and cost analysis Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data Perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tooling, and labor requirements Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and manufacturing operations for quote flow and cost estimates List all required materials, tools, and equipment Establish positive communication between customers and TMC as well as supporting departments Perform contract reviews comparing planning/estimating to customer purchase orders when required Translate all MILL Standards on drawings into specific instructions and verify ability to comply with standards List all certification and mill specification requirements in quotes

Qualifications Preferred:

Aerospace, manufacturing, or estimating experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple departments To Complete the
