This role is responsible for evaluating project requirements, conducting site visits, and preparing accurate cost estimates for landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation work. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to review project needs and specifications
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess project scope
• Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan resources and project execution
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding scope, pricing, and expectations
• Adjust estimates based on client requests or site conditions Qualifications
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of plants, materials, irrigation systems, and installation practices is a plus
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans or drawings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple estimates
