Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced infant teacher to primarily supervise children of birth to 18 months old. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for the organization of your classroom by ensuring that you are fully prepared for the week ahead, maintain structure and routine in your classroom to provide a safe environment, and to ensure that the children have a strong understanding of the boundaries set in the classroom. You will need to be creative, adaptable and resourceful as you must plan and implement an age-appropriate curriculum weekly. Our ideal teacher will Develop and implement a weekly, age-appropriate curriculum. Provide daily updates through the ProCare app with the children's activities and pictures. Provide a nurturing and loving environment implemented through song, dance, play and storytelling. Help the children grow socially and emotionally through the practice of conscious discipline. (Training is available)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of experience working with infants/ toddlers in a licensed child-care facility. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED. Must be willing to adapt and take constructive criticism. Must be willing to do light janitorial duties such as sweeping and mopping.

STARTING PAY IS

$13 BUT
