ALTA/NSPS
surveys with a commitment of accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an important component for real estate type transactions involving buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents.
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Windrose Vice President, the Project Estimator is Responsible for managing the survey process, including estimation of proposals, determining proper scope, researching information necessary to create proper estimation and timeline, and communicating with clients on service questions and job status. Additionally, the Project Estimator will interact regularly with clients on service needs and in some instances, attend client meetings with Business Development Executives to support client relationship building. Position Responsibilities:
Must be responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented. Able to work in a team environment or individually if required. Research and Estimation of client requests for survey and platting services Receiving inbound client requests via phone and email Delivery of proposals through email, HubSpot, and our ERP operating system Attending client meetings where needed to facilitate relationship building and professional rapport Communicating with clients on job status and answering technical questions on survey and job needs Fully adheres to Windrose's policies, procedures, and work directives. Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum (5) years related survey experience preferred Minimum (2) years of direct client communication and interaction are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel, and other job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions. Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service. Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
