This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design/Build General Contractor in the DFW area.
They are heavily focused in commercial and Municipal construction projects but have wide range of projects across higher education, K-12, Commercial, etc.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.
What You Need for this Position5+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare, etc.
Proficiency in estimating softwareExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Benefits
