Are you an experienced estimator looking to make a significant impact on high-profile commercial construction projects? We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a leading General Contractor dedicated to excellence and growth. About the
Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you will take the lead in preparing and overseeing detailed cost estimates for large-scale commercial projects. You'll work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate budgeting and cost management from start to finish. Your role will involve conducting quantity takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor bids, and delivering competitive, precise proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed cost estimates and comprehensive budgets. Conduct quantity takeoffs and ensure accurate material pricing. Review, analyze, and negotiate subcontractor bids. Collaborate with project teams for cost accuracy and risk assessment. Present estimates to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications:
7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction. Proficiency in estimating software and strong analytical skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
