Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil site development projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Provide value engineering and innovative solutions during the bid process. Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure successful handoff. Qualifications 5+ years of experience estimating heavy civil/site development projects. Strong knowledge of excavation, utilities, grading, and earthwork. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of winning bids and contributing to company growth.
