This position requires the ability to read construction plans and specifications, work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents. Assist estimators with quantity takeoffs and project estimates. Order tile, flooring, and installation materials for projects. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times. Prepare and submit material submittals and project documentation. Answer phone calls and assist customers, vendors, and general contractors. Track and follow up on material deliveries and project schedules. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Assist estimators and project managers with ongoing and upcoming projects. Communicate effectively with field personnel, suppliers, and clients. Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
