• About Prime Restoration
• Prime Restoration is a growing water, mold, and reconstruction company serving homeowners and insurance clients across Utah County.

We are hiring a senior Estimator / Project Manager to own jobs from first scope through final invoice — on both the mitigation and rebuild sides. This is not an entry-level role. You will be trusted to win work, protect margin, and run projects without being micromanaged.

• What You Will Own
• Write accurate, defensible Xactimate estimates for mitigation and reconstruction
• Negotiate scope and pricing directly with insurance adjusters and win approvals
• Project manage mitigation jobs: direct our in-house crew, verify scope is executed correctly, and keep jobs on schedule and on margin
• Act as the GC on rebuild projects: schedule and manage subcontractors, oversee quality, keep timelines tight, and close jobs out clean
• Hit margin targets on both phases — you will be accountable for the P&L of every job you run
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners, adjusters, and our office team throughout the project lifecycle
• What We Are Looking For
• Strong Xactimate proficiency — sketching, scoping, and writing estimates that hold up in negotiation
• Proven track record managing reconstruction projects as a GC or lead PM, running subcontractors (framing, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
• Working knowledge of mitigation (water, mold) — enough to oversee a crew and catch issues, even though you will not be doing the work yourself
• Insurance negotiation experience — you know how to push back on an adjuster and get scope approved
• Existing subcontractor relationships are a major plus. We have trusted subs you will use as well, but bringing your own bench accelerates your ramp and gives you ownership of your projects
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable owning outcomes without hand-holding
• Valid Utah driver's license and reliable transportation
