Federal Estimator - Design-Build / MACC Tekko Enterprises is seeking an experienced Federal Estimator with a strong background in Design-Build and
MACC/IDIQ
federal construction projects. This position is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates for government projects and supporting successful proposal submissions. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of federal construction estimating experience Experience estimating Design-Build projects Experience with MACC, MATOC, IDIQ, SATOC, or JOC contract vehicles Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) , Davis-Bacon , and federal procurement processes Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and perform detailed quantity takeoffs Experience preparing conceptual through final construction estimates Proficient with estimating software such as Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid, Sage Estimating, Planswift, OST , or similar Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Preferred Experience USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, DoD, VA, or other federal agency projects Industrial, heavy civil, structural steel, mining, or infrastructure construction Why Join Peterson Industrial Group?
