Residential Remodeling Estimator

Overview Requisites:

Experience in Residential remodeling estimating and project managing. We are seeking a skilled and experience remodeling estimator and project manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, employees, contractors, and subcontractors. We are a complete home remodeling company providing , interior remodeling, for Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements, Additions, decks, framing, trim, painting, flooring, etc. Duties Work with potential customers to understand their remodeling goals. Develop detailed estimates with plans, including timelines and budgets. Oversee construction sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate prices and manage contracts effectively. Perform cost control measures to keep projects within budget. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the remodeling process to provide updates and gather feedback. Ensure that all work is completed on time and meets our specified quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in remodeling or construction management/estimating is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft office products or the ability to learn these with training. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines. Negotiation skills for managing subcontractor agreements and pricing. Knowledge of cost control practices within the construction industry. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Collaborate with team members to build high-quality projects that meet client expectations. Excellent cost control skills, ensuring projects remain within budget. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
