MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

Skyline Door and Hardware, LLC Salem, VA | Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity Skyline Door and Hardware, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from bid through final closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is looking for meaningful responsibility and ownership.

Want to estimate projects and manage them from start to finish Prefer autonomy and take ownership of your work Can successfully manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail Communicate effectively with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Take pride in delivering projects that are completed efficiently and profitably

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare accurate estimates and proposals Manage awarded projects from initiation through closeout Oversee submittals, material procurement, scheduling, and deliveries Handle change orders, pricing, and cost tracking Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and field personnel Ensure timely billing and successful project closeout

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in construction estimating and project management Experience with doors, frames, and hardware strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED

(NOT

REQUIRED

): Experience with Pro-Tech and/or ContractERP software
