Depending on your assigned project as a Estimating Intern (Summer 2027), you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: Responsibilities Understands and utilizes PCL's estimating manuals, systems and forms

Reviews quantity survey assignment with lead estimator or Chief Estimator

Performs assigned quantity survey

Gives quantities of major purchase items to purchasing department for pricing

Transfers quantities to lead estimator

Performs general subtrade solicitation duties

Bids document control

Performs bid day assignments

Visits job sites periodically

Develops relationships with subcontractors

Other duties as assigned by the Chief Estimator

Qualifications Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree relevant to the construction industry such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

18 years of age or older Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to and from the office

Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
