Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors through effective negotiation to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Prepare detailed cost proposals that include labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs while ensuring accuracy and profitability. Lead on-site crews during project execution, providing clear direction, supervision, and support to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met. Monitor project progress closely, managing schedules and budgets while implementing cost control measures to maximize efficiency. Review construction contracts and manage contractual obligations to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless communication across all phases of construction management and site operations. Skills Proficiency in landscape estimating software for accurate bid preparation. Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms with vendors and clients. Extensive experience in landscape estimating, including cost analysis and pricing strategies specific to landscaping projects. Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction management principles. Knowledge of contracts management, project management methodologies, and cost control techniques. Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining safety standards on active construction sites. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
