WHO WE ARE
Jireh Asphalt & Concrete is a fast-growing commercial and residential paving contractor based in Everett, WA. We handle everything from residential driveways to large-scale commercial parking lots, site work, drainage, striping, sealcoating, and concrete flatwork across the Puget Sound region. We're a tight, high-performance team where your work is visible, your estimates become real projects, and your contribution directly impacts the bottom line.
THE ROLE
We're hiring 2-3 Sales Estimators to build out our estimating team. You'll be the face of Jireh to prospective clients
  • conducting site visits, scoping work, building accurate estimates, and closing deals. This is a front-end role
  • you're not just pricing jobs, you're selling them.
We're growing fast and need estimators who can keep up.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess project scope, take measurements, and document existing conditions
  • Build detailed, accurate estimates for asphalt, concrete, sealcoating, striping, drainage, and related site work
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
  • Turn around estimates quickly
  • same-day or next-day on standard residential jobs
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure estimates reflect actual production costs
  • Follow up on proposals, answer questions, and close deals
  • Document job sites thoroughly
  • photos, notes, measurements for handoff to production
  • Use our CRM to track leads, estimates, and project status from prospect to signed contract
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Industry experience required: You've estimated asphalt, concrete, or related site work before. You know what a 2" overlay costs, how to price a 6" concrete slab, and the difference between sealcoating and crack sealing.
  • Willingness to do site visits: This is not a desk-only role. You'll be on job sites regularly, in all weather, taking measurements and talking to clients face-to-face.
  • Speed and accuracy: We compete on responsiveness. The estimator who gets a solid proposal in the client's hands first usually wins.
  • Strong communicator: You'll talk to homeowners, property managers, city inspectors, and our crews
  • often switching between English and Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented:
    Missing a drain line on a site visit can turn a profitable job into a loss. Document thoroughly and think through full scope.
  • Tech-capable:
    CRM, QuickBooks, email, and mobile tools daily. Comfortable with software and willing to learn.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred: Our crews are predominantly Spanish-speaking, and many clients are too.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record: Regular driving to job sites across the Puget Sound region.

  • FIRST 90 DAYS
  • You've learned our service lines, pricing structure, and CRM workflow
  • Conducting site visits independently and turning around estimates within 24 hours
  • Clients and the operations team know your name and trust your numbers
  • Your estimates are accurate
  • production isn't chasing change orders to fix underpriced work
  • You're closing deals and contributing to the pipeline
