This energetic position combines precise cost estimation with proactive project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop accurate bids, manage project documentation, and oversee day-to-day operations on-site and in the office. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to make a tangible impact in the construction industry. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, incorporating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts thoroughly to develop accurate pricing strategies and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Lead negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Coordinate project schedules, procurement timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project costs continuously to maintain budget control and implement corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure all project documentation complies with contractual requirements and safety standards. Assist in developing bid proposals, scope of work documents, and contract negotiations to secure new projects. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. Solid understanding of construction management principles including cost control, scheduling, and contract administration. Hands-on construction site experience providing insight into field operations and project workflows. Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of contracts law related to construction projects for accurate scope management. Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
