Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Electrical Estimator. This energetic position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals passionate about construction and electrical systems. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project plans, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Bring your expertise in electrical systems, construction estimating, and project management to help us deliver exceptional residential projects on time and within budget! Duties Review architectural drawings, electrical plans, and specifications to develop precise estimates for commercial installations. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather accurate data for estimation purposes. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to negotiate pricing, scope of work, and contract terms. Prepare comprehensive bid packages that include material costs, labor estimates, and schedule considerations. Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and project documentation for future reference and audits. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on commercial electrical projects. Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and electrical systems design. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts while maintaining quality standards. Solid understanding of construction management principles, contracts, and project management practices. Hands-on electrical experience or construction site experience to accurately assess scope and costs. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications effectively. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
