Demolition Overview:
The Estimator/Project Manager's primary duty is to bid and secure Abatement & Demolition projects throughout the region. Once projects are awarded, the individual manages the contract from start to finish including scheduling, cost containment, monitoring progress, compliance, and client contact.
Requirements:
5+ Years Experience in the Demolition (Selective /T.I) and Environmental Remediation Field Bid and Managed Public & Private Contracts to Completion Assess Job Opportunities by Reviewing Plans, Specifications, and Visiting Job Sites Track Job Hours, Field Notes, and Perform Cost Analysis of Closed Projects.
