Project Estimator

Four Seasons Roofing & Remodel Services is a trusted industry leader with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality roofing and exterior solutions across residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to support project development and help drive accurate, competitive, and well-structured proposals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of roofing and exterior construction who can evaluate projects, develop scopes of work, and collaborate with internal teams to support successful project execution. Key Responsibilities/Practices Build and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, and project stakeholders Perform site evaluations to assess conditions and develop accurate scopes of work Complete takeoffs and measurements for residential, multi-family, and re-roof projects Interpret plans and specifications and translate them into practical construction scopes Develop accurate and competitive estimates across roofing and exterior systems Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost considerations early in the estimating process Apply general knowledge of waterproofing, insulation, ventilation, and structural components Support projects involving multiple scopes or trades as needed Utilize estimating tools and maintain accurate documentation in CRM/project management systems Collaborate with sales, production, and leadership teams to support project success Qualifications Experience estimating roofing, exterior, or general construction projects Strong understanding of roofing systems and building assemblies Ability to interpret plans and develop practical scopes of work High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with estimating software and CRM systems preferred Experience with exterior or remodel-related trades is a plus What We're Looking For A detail-oriented, solution-driven professional who takes ownership of their work A team player who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment Someone who values quality, efficiency, and well-executed projects Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary (DOE) plus performance-based commission Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan plus company matching Company-provided vehicle Paid vacation and time off Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting project success from the early stages of development. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
