This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to strict environmental and safety standards. Your expertise will drive project success and contribute to sustainable building practices that protect communities and the environment. Responsibilities Prepare detailed project estimates utilizing construction estimating software such as HeavyBid, incorporating scope, pricing, and cost control measures for demolition and abatement projects. Develop comprehensive project proposals by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and contractual documents to accurately assess project requirements. Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable contracts and ensure project profitability. Manage all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and overseeing construction site activities related to environmental demolition and abatement. Monitor project progress against budgets and timelines; implement corrective actions to control costs and maintain schedule integrity. Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with construction management teams to facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders and ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on demolition or environmental abatement projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including contracts, project management methodologies, and cost control strategies. Proficiency in Bluebeam for document review and markup; experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in negotiation with clients and subcontractors to achieve win-win outcomes. Hands-on construction site experience in demolition or hazardous material removal environments. Familiarity with environmental regulations related to asbestos, lead paint, mold, or other hazardous materials. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
