Estimator / Project Manager- Residential Painting Fresh Look Painting
- Vancouver, WA / Portland Metro Full-Time | $60,000 Base Salary + Commission Fresh Look Painting is looking for a dependable and motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This position combines sales, estimating, customer service, and project management. You will meet with homeowners, prepare estimates, close projects, and oversee jobs from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Meet with customers and provide painting estimates
- Measure projects and prepare detailed proposals
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Help customers with project and product recommendations
- Coordinate projects with our office and painting crews
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and quality
- Communicate with customers throughout their projects
- Handle change orders, questions, and project concerns
- Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Help generate referrals and new business opportunities What We're Looking For
- Painting, construction, remodeling, or home-service experience preferred
- Estimating, sales, or project management experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with sales and customer follow-up
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems independently Compensation & Benefits
