Job Description
We focus on making every project we undertake an example of inspired design realized by purposeful construction that reflects our client's vision. CCI is a value-driven, family-oriented company looking for a " Senior Estimator" who has a passion for exceeding expectations. Essential Functions As a Senior Estimator, you will complete the due diligence necessary to estimate the cost of work to be performed and oversee the client bid submitter process. This includes but is not limited to: Communicating with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. Reviewing and understanding contract specifications and drawing. Identifying, defining, and quantifying potential project risks. Performing quantity take-offs and scope reviews for estimate preparation. Developing pricing based on historical production data. Evaluating and comparing subcontractor/supplier quotes. Conducting site visits and performing research and exploration before bid. Qualifications Candidates must have 7-10 years of commercial estimating experience. Experience with conceptual and design-build estimates. Vista Estimating software experience desired, as well as scheduling software such as SmartSheet. As well as Experience maintaining strong relationships with local subcontractors, architects and clients.
