Commercial HVAC Estimators Requirements:

2+ years of Commercial HVAC / Mechanical Construction Estimating experience required Experience Preparing Cost Estimates for HVAC Projects including Materials, Equipment, Labor, and Project Costs required Experience with Takeoffs, Labor Estimates, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Purchase Orders preferred Experience Pricing Materials, Subcontractors, and Vendor quotes preferred

Commercial HVAC Estimators Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates for commercial HVAC and mechanical system projects Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, determining equipment, material, and labor needs, estimating costs, evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and assisting with bid preparation Managing multiple bids and deadlines Address and resolve concerns from customers, team members, and subcontractors to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
