Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our team and drive the success of our weatherization projects. In this role, you will be the key player in preparing accurate project estimates, and collaborating closely with the owner of the company, agencies and project managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our initiatives while honing your skills in estimation and establishing client/worker relationship. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend weatherization solutions. Ability to read scopes of work, take measurements and prepare bids. Prepare detailed, accurate estimates/bids for projects. (Insulation, air sealing, etc) Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements. Develop and maintain strong customer/agency relationships. Support project management and work directly with office personnel. Maintain good documentation and job records. Basic Computer Skills. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Qualifications Knowledge of Weatherization techniques (Insulation, air sealing, energy efficiency) Proven experience in estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in House Call Pro, Company Cam and Office software. Excellent customer services skills in communicating with clients and agencies. Strong background in construction site experience, enabling accurate assessment of on-site conditions impacting estimates. Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting detailed estimates clearly. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
