Job Description

Bring your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to a role where every project is different and every estimate matters. LaForce is looking for a Specialties Estimator in our Green Bay, WI office to analyze architectural plans, prepare accurate and competitive bids, and collaborate with customers, architects, suppliers, and internal teams regarding different building specialty products. What You'll Do Review architectural plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate bids Identify discrepancies and communicate with architects, customers, suppliers, and internal teams Manage bid timelines and maintain organized project documentation Interpret technical information and recommend appropriate products and solutions Stay current on supplier products and industry updates Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support project success What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join LaForce?
