1109671 job summary: Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Estimator in Lake Geneva, WI to perform critical material take-offs and detailed cost estimates. Working under the Chief Estimator, you will review blueprints, collaborate with design teams, and manage subcontractor bidding processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and help drive successful residential projects.

Lake Geneva, Wisconsin job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities:
Estimate Preparation:
Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to prepare comprehensive and highly accurate cost estimates.
Subcontractor Management:
Research, negotiate with, and acquire subcontractors while managing the complete invitation-to-bid and proposal process.
Take-Offs & Bid Reviews:
Perform detailed material take-offs for self-performed work and thoroughly review subcontractor bids for accuracy.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the Design Team on plan updates and present finalized bids to the Chief Estimator for approval. #randstadengineering The essential functions of this role include: working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 2 years of experience
Education:
High School (required) skills: Construction (2 years of experience is required)
