Wagner is looking for an Estimator to join our team and play a key role in winning and launching projects. In this role, you'll take projects from initial bid through post-award, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop accurate, competitive estimates. What You'll Do Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of project types (budgetary, public bids, GMP, etc.) Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope, materials, and labor Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and availability Identify risks, clarify scope gaps, and provide value engineering options Track project changes (RFIs, revisions, bulletins) and update estimates accordingly Submit bids and maintain accurate project documentation Support project teams post-award with pricing, change orders, and kickoff activities What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of estimating experience (construction, fabrication, or related industry) Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings Strong understanding of materials such as aluminum and steel Experience with tools like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar estimating software Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines independently Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Wagner?
