Key Responsibilities Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates. Analyze the project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial security systems. Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to complete the project. Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details. Keep detailed records of all estimates, revisions, contracts, and related project documents. Capability to establish and nurture positive relationships with customers. Search daily for leads using subscribed platforms or cold calling potential customers. Physical Requirements & Qualifications All roles will need to be able to travel to job sites. High school diploma or GED. Able to remain seated for extended periods of time while working at a desk or computer. Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and operating office equipment. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies, or small equipment). Ability to bend, stoop, or reach to retrieve or organize office materials. Occasionally walking between office spaces, attending meetings, or moving around the office environment. Must be able to read documents and use a computer screen. Occasional need to stand or move for extended periods during meetings or other activities. Ability to handle moderate noise levels in an office environment. Five years' experience in security solutions and sales or related field is preferred.
