What You'll Do Contents Estimating & Project Support Assess and document damaged contents after fire, water, or storm losses Create detailed inventories and accurate estimates for contents claims Determine salvageable vs. non-salvageable items Work closely with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams Maintain organized documentation and job files Relationship Building & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the contents process Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships Represent Paul Davis with professionalism and responsiveness What Makes You a Great Fit Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Naturally relationship-driven and comfortable building rapport Strong communicator—both written and verbal Able to balance fieldwork, estimating, and relationship management Self-motivated with a sense of ownership Preferred Experience Estimating, insurance claims, contents restoration, or inventory experience Experience with Xactimate or similar tools is a plus Background working with insurance adjusters or in a client-facing role Valid driver's license required Why This Role Stands Out Blend of analytical work + relationship-building (not just sitting behind a desk) Opportunity to build a strong network within the insurance industry High-impact role with visibility and growth potential Purpose-driven work helping people during difficult times Why Paul Davis?
