Mountain Ltd. is looking for an experienced Road Move Engineer to join our team supporting projects in the Beckley, WV area. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be available to attend local, on-site meetings with agencies and project stakeholders as needed. We are looking for someone with hands-on road move experience who can independently perform conflict reviews and engineering design while effectively coordinating with clients, agencies, and property owners. What we're looking for: Significant road move engineering experience Well-rounded OSP engineering and construction experience Strong knowledge of aerial, buried, and underground OSP facilities Copper, fiber, and structure relocation experience Conflict review and mitigation experience Ability to read and interpret plans and cross-sections Knowledge of NESC guidelines Cost analysis and budget preparation experience Ability to work effectively with clients, DOH representatives, property owners, and other stakeholders Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Adobe Acrobat Pro experience is preferred but not required
