Flooring Installation Supervisor Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work? In this role, you won't just manage projects—you'll lead from the front. You'll oversee multiple crews, ensure top-tier workmanship, and partner with our sales team to win and execute projects that set us apart from the competition.

What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate multiple flooring installation crews across various job sites Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and specifications with confidence Estimate project costs, including materials and labor, with accuracy Partner with the sales team to support bidding, win new business, and grow accounts Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and plan installations for success Oversee installation of commercial flooring systems, including tile, carpet, hardwood, epoxy systems, and polished concrete Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and job site organization Quickly troubleshoot challenges and keep projects moving forward Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

What You Bring:

Proven experience in commercial flooring installation Demonstrated success managing multiple crews and job sites Strong expertise in epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete Experience preferred with estimating, bidding, and supporting sales efforts Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Natural leadership skills with a hands-on approach Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites Why Join Us?
