The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring types and possess a strong understanding of installation techniques. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas accurately. Install various types of flooring, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Collaborate with team members on fixture installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns. Qualifications Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or in a related maintenance person/construction role. Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and equipment used in flooring installation. Strong skills in tile laying, fixture installation are highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
