Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Epoxy Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying epoxy coatings and finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality flooring solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects where precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency are essential. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results in the restoration and flooring industry. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion. Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications. Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes. Read blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine surface requirements and installation procedures. Install flooring, tiles, fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and cabinetry as part of comprehensive restoration or remodeling projects. Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes. Conduct site assessments for water damage restoration projects and perform floor care or concrete finishing tasks as needed. Follow all safety protocols on construction sites while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship. Assist with construction estimating tasks by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor needs for epoxy installation projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining excellent craftsmanship standards. Skills Extensive experience in flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and floor care techniques. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings. Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, scrapers, grinders, buffing machines, and caulking guns; familiarity with power tools including drills and saws. Background in carpentry including trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and remodeling projects. Experience in water damage restoration processes along with general construction site experience. Ability to estimate construction costs accurately using construction estimating skills; familiarity with schematics enhances planning efficiency. Knowledge of the restoration industry standards and practices related to epoxy application and concrete finishing. Skilled in the use of construction painting techniques and floor finishing methods such as buffing or polishing floors. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of troubleshooting issues during installation or restoration work. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements effectively.
