You will specialize in medium to large floor grinders, dust collectors, power trowels, and light compaction equipment—diagnosing issues, repairing systems, and collaborating across Technical Services and field sales. Your impact Hands-on diagnostics and repair of electric, battery, and gas-powered construction equipment. Process customer-returned equipment from intake through final test. Rework/modify in-stock units to current standards. Partner with customers, field sales, and Technical Services to resolve complex problems quickly. What you bring 5+ years in assembly, service, and/or fabrication (preferred). Strong electrical skill set with excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Comfort with reading mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics/blueprints. Sound judgment and problem-solving; effective communication with cross-functional teams and customers. Basic PC proficiency. Physical ability to grasp, power grip, pinch, twist/turn; lift and carry up to 75 lbs (including overhead); push; climb; and reach at and above shoulder height. Advanced technical training/education is a plus (not required).
