In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, epoxy floor coatings, and related finishes that transform spaces into functional and aesthetically appealing environments. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, bringing clients' visions to life with precision and professionalism. Duties Measure, assemble, and install cabinets according to project specifications and blueprints Prepare surfaces for epoxy flooring by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers or sealants Mix and apply epoxy resins evenly across floors to achieve durable, high-gloss finishes Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of cabinetry and flooring systems Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, caulking guns, and buffing equipment to complete installations Perform water damage restoration tasks related to flooring or cabinetry as needed Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and perform cabinet installation with precision Follow safety protocols on construction sites while handling materials like concrete, tile, or water-resistant coatings Assist with using company truck for dump runs, helping to organize, load, unload materials from cargo trailers to jobsites and storage center. Skills experience with flooring installation including epoxy coating techniques and tile laying helpful but not required. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning and material procurement Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools and power tools essential for carpentry, caulking, sanding, buffing, and fixture installation Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on safety compliance Familiarity with restoration industry practices related to water damage repair and floor restoration Knowledge of construction painting techniques and concrete finishing methods Capable of performing remodeling tasks such as trim carpentry and fixture installation with attention to detail Handyman experience is a plus for versatile project support in various trades Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
