FIELD INSTALLER
- Must be Able to
Travel General Description:
Responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation and service of commercial transfer systems and accessories. Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Works on own initiative under minimal supervision
  • Installs systems and equipment in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications
  • Must be able to travel within the USA without restriction (approx 3 - 5 days at a time)
  • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Effectively communicates with customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems
  • Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns
  • Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned in warehouse
Skills and Qualfications :
  • 3-5 years Installation experience (HVAC or similar is a plus)
  • Must be hardworking and motivated
  • Must be able to work well with others and be able to conduct and take charge of project on their own
  • Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Basic skills in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical
  • Effective and efficient time-management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work at heights (up to warehouse ceiling height), climb ladders, stairs, scissor lifts etc
  • Ability to lift and carry loads of 70lbs
Salary :
Depends on experience & performance Overtime available
