Opportunity to work towards owning your own business. Receive field training from an apprenticeship to becoming a project manager. Take part in creating a structured finish product from scratch. We provide transportation to and from projects. Should have some experience with all aspects of flooring installations (plus). Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and handling frequent hard labor. Must be able to work around unpredictable weather conditions and flexible time frames. Must be able to work with knee pads. Most work is residential and involves removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring, as well as handling moving of furniture. Occasional weekend and night work. Starting pay is only temporary, as increases will pend on skill and production level.
