Work is structured so that all materials are staged on-site prior to start . This is a production role focused on execution, speed, and quality — not material management or plumbing work. What You'll Do Lead full tile installs (showers, floors, backsplashes, feature walls) Layout, prep, and install tile systems start to finish Install waterproofing systems (cement board, membranes, etc.) Run jobs in the field with minimal supervision Maintain consistent production pace and high-end finish quality Solve layout and installation challenges independently Work from complete, pre-staged material sets Requirements 5+ years tile installation experience Proven experience as a lead installer Strong wet-area / shower tile installation experience Ability to work independently from job scope/layout Own tools + reliable transportation High-quality finish and consistent workmanship Ideal Candidate Production-minded installer (efficient without sacrificing quality) Comfortable running full tile scopes independently Strong layout and finishing skills Reliable and consistent in field execution What We Offer All materials staged on-site before job start No plumbing work required — tile installation only Steady production pipeline year-round Bonus pay tied directly to output and efficiency Organized scheduling and clear job scopes Long-term opportunity and field leadership growth potential
