Hardwood Floor Tech- Helper Perennial Hardwood Fort Collins, CO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Flooring installation Customer service English Hardwood floor installation Driver's License Driving Flooring saws Full Job Description The job: Act as jobsite helper whenever needed, including but not limited to: Install, sand, and finish hardwood floors to NWFA standards and specific standards set by Perennial Hardwood Install prefinished flooring and LVP to product and NWFA standards Strong work ethic Ability to work a physically demanding job Coachable and positive attitude, desire to take initiative Efficient, effective, and capable of providing high-quality results Willingness to learn, take direction, and work independently Focus on adhering to safety protocols at all times Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Customer service and communication skills Reliability, trustworthiness, timeliness Construction or flooring experience is preferred, but not required.
Other requirements:
Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License are required, we proudly provide high-quality hardwood floors to the Northern Colorado area. Attend occasional further-education courses in Denver Occasionally drive to Denver to pick up supplies, or to the landfill to dispose of jobsite waste Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment Job may require long periods of standing, kneeling, and/or physical work Pay will be determined according to experience and ability Must be available to work full time, day shift hours M-F with occasional weekend shifts when necessary. Must be willing to submit to a background check
