•This is not a janitorial cleaning position

•The job: We need an experienced carpet tech for commercial work. Most of it happens after the building closes: evenings and weekends.

Hours:

2 shifts a week guaranteed (10-15 hours), more some weeks based on need and your availability.

Daytime work:

If you have daytime availability, we can likely give you more hours.

Not janitorial:

This is skilled carpet and floor work.

Growth:

More hours available as you pick up tile, floors and windows Must have Carpet experience: You've run extraction equipment (truck mount and portable). You know how to pre-treat, handle spots, and leave carpet clean and dry, not wet and wicking back.

Reliability:

You show up when you say you will. We pay above market for someone we don't have to chase.

Driving:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical:

You can lift 60 lbs and handle physical work for a full shift.

Background check:

You can pass a criminal background check. You'll often be working alone inside customers' buildings.
