In this role, you will be responsible for installing luxury vinyl plank flooring with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your expertise in flooring installation, and use of hand and power tools will be essential to successfully completing projects on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on new build projects, contributing to transforming spaces with durable, stylish flooring solutions. This is a 1099 position. Jobs site is currently in Greeley but could range around the Northern Colorado area. Bilingual preferred; must be fluent in English. Responsibilities Prepare work areas for vinyl plank flooring installation, ensuring surfaces are clean, level, and ready for application Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install vinyl planks efficiently and safely Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) products Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders) Familiarity with construction site safety standards Hands-on experience with flooring is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment Drivers license needed Join our team to bring innovative flooring solutions to life!
